Note that users can only upgrade to plans that are above their current plan. To upgrade plan, simply follow the steps below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. From home page, click on &#8220;<strong>Subscription&#8221;<\/strong> in the page sidebar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ketik.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/ketik73.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-370\" width=\"244\" height=\"438\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Now, you should be on the &#8220;Plan List&#8221; page. Select the plan that you want to upgrade to. Once you have selected a plan, you will be redirect to the &#8220;Payment Checkout&#8221; page. Here, you can view the total price for the plan (per month\/ year), as well as the prorate discount (if any), before proceed to payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"971\" height=\"424\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ketik.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/ketik78.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-376\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Click &#8220;<strong>Proceed Payment<\/strong>&#8221; button to proceed to payment. Once you have done the transaction, you will be redirect to this page.
